Product Coordinator

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Product Coordinator

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• This position may perform any combination of the following duties:
• Interface with sales force to provide support information
• Configure equipment modifications and enter orders for new equipment and accessories that comply with customer's specifications
• Maintain, updated and keep accurate inventory records
• Act as primary liaison with other Cat dealers for equipment trades
• Coordinate all details between manufacturing facilities and services branches with respect to production, shipment and assembly schedules
• Serve as primary contact with outside vendors for various accessory purchases
• Review and approve freight bills for accuracy before processing for payment
• Update and maintain equipment purchase schedules to meet Cat Demand Management programs
• Ensure utilization of existing inventory of parts and attachments on reconfigured equipment
• Operate basic office equipment
• Perform other work-related duties as required

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company
• Considerable analytical abilities in interpreting information to project specifications in configuring and pricing of equipment
• Strong communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers
• Excellent organization skills to perform effectively in an environment of various levels of complexity and priorities
• Solid working skills in computer applications and basic finance terms and procedures
