Your expertise will be crucial in developing and executing multi-channel strategies that resonate with our audience and contribute to our mission of redefining customer experiences. **What You'll Do:** * Support the development and execution of comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies.
* Assist in building, meticulously testing (QA), and launching multi-channel customer journeys across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and design across all customer communications.
* Act as a primary marketing contact within the cross-functional team, helping to maintain and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
* Contribute to analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights that drive continuous optimization and strategic improvements.
* Help manage the campaign calendar and production workflow, ensuring the timely delivery of all communications. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 4 to 6 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing.
* Expertise in using enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
* Demonstrated experience with mobile marketing channels, including push notifications and in-app messaging.
* Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with advanced data management and customer segmentation platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing.
* Experience launching new products or services, ideally in a business-to-consumer (B2C) context.
