KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver with Excellence. Lead end-to-end delivery of client technology solutions. Own scope, schedule, quality, resources, and budget - ensuring outcomes that exceed client expectations while keeping your team engaged and high-performing. Build Lasting Client Relationships. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships at all levels of the client organization. Communicate with clarity and confidence, translating technical concepts into business value to drive alignment and long-term partnership. Shape Business Solutions. Facilitate discovery workshops to define and refine requirements that streamline client operations. Lead content lifecycle strategy - from creation and distribution through archiving and compliance - ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and governed. Drive Strategic Growth. Partner with the Sales team to develop tailored solutions and account strategies that deepen relationships within existing accounts and expand FDI's presence in target industries.
SKILLS - WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Ownership Mentality & Delivery Leadership. Self-directed with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously and a track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology engagements across the full solution lifecycle - business analysis, requirements, development, testing, and support - using SDLC, Agile, or hybrid methodologies, in a Professional Services context. Executive Presence & Relationship Management. A proven ability to engage and build credibility with executive stakeholders - establishing trust quickly and sustaining it over time. Comfort and presence on video is essential in our remote-first culture. Occasional travel required. Technology Fluency & Curiosity. Experience leading IT, application development, or digital transformation engagements, ideally within large enterprise organizations. Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies including GenAI (LLMs, RAG). Familiarity with Enterprise Content Lifecycle Management (ECLM) platforms such as Documentum is a plus. Proficiency in tools such as Rally, MS365 and Teams is expected. Communication & Facilitation. Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills. The ability to communicate succinctly - whether in a boardroom, a workshop, or a remote video call - and to collaborate without ego in service of team and client success. Deal & Contract Acumen. Practical experience scoping and structuring engagements - defining scope, approach, timelines, deliverables, and level of effort within formal contract frameworks including SOWs and Change Requests. Business & Financial Acumen. Comfort managing project budgets, forecasting utilization, and articulating the financial return on technology investment to client stakeholders. Experience & Education. 5+ years of experience in a similar position within enterprise technology consulting services. Bachelor's degree or experience in related field are preferred.

Base pay salary range based on experience and budget is $125k+
