One of TEKsystems top client's is currently hiring an Advertising Manager. This is a hybrid position (4 days on site, Friday remote). Description We are seeking an Advertising Strategy & Performance Manager to support the development of a modern, ad supported TV platform. This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert on advertising performance, measurement, and industry standards, helping ensure that our TV advertising capabilities meet real world advertiser and agency expectations. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define performance frameworks, benchmarks, and standards for TV advertising-particularly in brand focused environments. Your work will help establish confidence, consistency, and credibility in how advertising performance is measured and evaluated as the platform continues to evolve. Key Responsibilities Define and document advertising performance frameworks, benchmarks, and KPIs for TV advertising environments Establish clear standards for how advertising success is measured, interpreted, and communicated internally Provide strategic guidance to product and engineering teams on: oAdvertising functionality and capabilities oMeasurement approaches and reporting structures oAlignment with industry expectations and ad tech standards Evaluate current advertising performance capabilities and identify gaps relative to market norms Support the development of consistent and defensible advertising metrics Translate advertiser and industry expectations into actionable product and technical requirements Partner cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams Collaborate, as needed, with legal, communications, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on advertising standards and performance narratives Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working closely with product and engineering teams on advertising or measurement initiatives Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non technical stakeholders Familiarity with advertising standards, measurement frameworks, or industry benchmarks Exposure to early stage, emerging, or evolving ad supported platforms Experience differentiating brand advertising requirements from performance oriented models Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miramar, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
