Work Description

The nature of business is that priorities can shift according to the needs of the company/department. Therefore, described below is a sampling of the kinds of work we expect this position to entail:



  • Assist with investigations within Veeva (CRM), including data mining and compiling appropriate information for timely resolution.
  • Provide support for Quality Event process, with occasional independent completion of low-level Quality Events.
  • Support the implementation of Corrective Action & Preventative Action (CAPA).
  • Perform document updates as required utilizing Veeva.
  • Assist the Warehouse teams with Veeva support and provide additional training when needed.
  • Update and track training requirements within the Veeva system to ensure all warehouse employees are adhering to timelines for required training.
  • Update reports and KPI's for Tier III meetings
  • Support Warehouse Team with daily tasks, including: Schedule of Smartsheet updates, scheduling internal trucks to support material transports, support company shipments of samples and equipment as needed, running equipment temperature reports in BMS for supervisor review.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Data analysis of trends, including: returns, deliveries, forecasts, inventory turns/obsolescence.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produce the requested or required data elements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Access. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Deacom.
  • Experience providing support to multiple people in a team environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities to support the teams.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Education & Experience



  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, health care, medical device, production, or manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years' experience in an administrative or customer service role required.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.



Working Conditions



  • Work is performed primarily in professional reception and office environment.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and at heights as needed.



Compensation and Benefits



  • Base rate is $19.00 per hour
