BETTER TOGETHER Medical Technologist-Reg or Medical Laboratory Technician-Reg Sauk Trails Clinic Laboratory and East Clinic Laboratory Full Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (East Clinic) Tuesday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Sauk Trails Clinic) Occasional weekends This position is eligible for a $3000 SIGN ON BONUS for joining GHC! (Referral amount prorated based on FTE) The Medical Technologist (MT) - Registered is responsible for performing laboratory procedures as ordered by a provider. Medical Technologists - Registered work as generalists in the areas of: Chemistry, Hematology and Urinalysis. Responsibilities include performance of lab tests from all Group Health Cooperative of South-Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) locations in any or all departments; performance of quality control, troubleshooting, and maintenance functions; collection of specimens; and other tasks as assigned. This position is also responsible for provision of technical support to Medical Laboratory Technicians, providers, and other GHC-SCW internal staff. The MT - Registered works under the general supervision and guidance of the Medical Laboratory Services Manager, Medical Technologist - Chief and/or Medical Technologist - Lead.
