Position Summary: The Commercial Operations Coordinator is a strategic operational partner to the Latin America Exports Commercial Organization. This role provides high-quality, value-adding support across contracts, pricing, regulatory processes, forecasting, and customer experience. Serving as the primary liaison between the Commercial Team and cross-functional stakeholders-including Customer Experience, Regulatory Affairs, Service & Repairs, Legal and Compliance. The coordinator helps ensure timely execution, operational accuracy, and seamless support for distributors across the Latin America Export Region. This role is essential in enabling sales acceleration, maintaining operational discipline, and strengthening overall commercial execution. Key Responsibilities: Commercial & Customer Support
- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external distributor partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive communication.
Contract Management
- Manage distributor contracts throughout their full lifecycle, including creation, review, approvals, compliance tracking, and renewal planning
- Act as the liaison between Regional Business Managers (RBMs), Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant contract performance.
Pricing Governance
- Maintain accurate pricing policies, ensuring adherence to established controls.
- Operationalize price increases, manage Bullseye quotations, update regional price lists, and support commercial pricing governance.
Regulatory Liaison
- Partner with the Regulatory team and RBMs to support registration renewals, track required documentation and maintain visibility on registration timelines.
- Ensure proper planning and proactive risk identification related to regulatory requirements in each market.
Service and Repairs Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between distributors and the International Service & Repairs team.
- Coordinate repair requests, follow up on service parts and quotations, ensure service quality, and promote high levels of customer satisfaction.
Distributor Forecast
- Support the commercial team by maintaining accurate weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Key liaison between SOP Team and RBM's to support consistency for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and management reporting.
Customer Experience liaison
- Bridge communication between RBMs, the Customer Experience team, and distributors on order status, returns, inventory availability, fulfillment timelines, and loaner kit requests.
- Monitor escalations and support timely resolution of customer-related issues.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years in medical device commercial management, in operations management, commercial administration preferably in a regional or multi-country role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial administration processes, Strong data analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a cross-functional mindset
- Excel/Powerpoint +CRM (Salesforce), BI Tools (Power BI) and task management tools (Trello, Notion, etc)
