  • Align engineer teams: partner closely with globally distributed technical leaders and engineering teams
  • Bridge design and engineering: collaborate with design and product to translate complex, cutting-edge user interactions into reusable, well designed technical components
  • Navigate complexity: balance the need of cross platform code maintainability with the need for native-level performance and hardware optimization
  • Mentor and elevate: act as a force multiplier, mentoring engineers and guiding featuring work to foster a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Spearhead future initiatives: anticipate future technical issues and head them off before they become bottlenecks

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years operating at a Senior level leading architecture for applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Cross Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing shared UI/UX codebases across multiple operating systems using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform
