Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into the system, validating order details to ensure completeness and accuracy, and resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and efficiently. You will maintain accurate records of all orders, collaborate with team members, and provide exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities * Accurately enter customer orders into the system and validate all order details. * Perform order validation and exception resolution, including addressing pricing issues. * Handle and resolve order-related issues or customer complaints efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of all orders, purchase orders, and order confirmations. * Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service to customers. * Monitor orders, process credits/cancellations, and handle purchase order revisions. * Manage customer service issues related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications. * Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing. * Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services. Essential Skills * 2+ years in order management, customer service, or a related field. * Familiarity with order processing systems and software such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM. * Good communication abilities, both written and verbal. * Good problem-solving skills. * High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Associates degree or bachelors degree preferred. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Experince in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing is a plus. * Patience, empathy, and professionalism. * Positive attitude and team player. Work Environment Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST with a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence at least two days a week, including Wednesdays.
