Are you ready to make an impact on how a leading global enterprise connects with its customers? Aquent is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to support a dynamic digital marketing team at a company known for its customer obsession and innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will help execute and optimize email marketing programs that reach a global audience, helping drive customer engagement and demand generation initiatives.

Note: this is an ONSITE role in Seattle, WA

**About the Role**

This role focuses on the execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns that support global marketing initiatives. You will work within a collaborative marketing team to build, launch, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate enjoys working with marketing technology, data-driven testing, and campaign execution to ensure customers receive timely and relevant communications.

**What You'll Do**



  • Execute and optimize email campaigns supporting global marketing initiatives.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
  • Support the development and implementation of automated lifecycle email programs.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing to improve campaign performance and engagement.
  • Analyze email campaign metrics and report performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and agency partners to deliver campaign assets.
  • Edit and troubleshoot email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Support campaign publishing and deployment through marketing automation systems.


**What You'll Bring**



  • Digital Marketing: 2-4 years of experience executing digital or email marketing campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: 2-4 years of experience managing and optimizing email campaigns, including audience segmentation.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
  • HTML & CSS: 1-2 years of experience editing and troubleshooting email templates.
  • Campaign Reporting: Experience analyzing campaign metrics and performance data.
