Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Join the Snowflake Team to build the future of the AI Data Cloud.

The Snowflake Developer Growth Team is looking for a Developer Experience Manager who can own developer marketing campaigns across owned and third party channels and lead the transformation of our developer channel strategy into an AI-native, agent-aware future. We fuel practitioner-led growth by equipping developers to advance their careers and champion Snowflake - driving awareness and adoption across the platform in the process. You will manage programs that sit across the entire developer funnel from awareness to adoption.

We're looking for someone who has a strong understanding of data tools and the AI/ML developer ecosystem. You have a point of view on how to write and publish for AI, and how data practitioners integrate AI into their workflows. You don't need to train models, but you need to understand what developers building with AI care about.

We aren't just looking for someone who knows how to orchestrate across developer channels; we want someone who views AI as their primary teammate. You should be someone who feels pained by manual, repetitive tasks and instinctively builds an automated or AI-driven solution to solve them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own developer marketing campaigns across owned and partner channels (developer guides, quickstarts, Solutions Center, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters) to grow awareness and adoption among developers, data engineers, and data scientists

  • Manage the developer content lifecycle from ideation and creation through publication, measurement, and iteration for technical resources including tutorials, code samples, and hands-on guides

  • Act as the lead maintainer for the Snowflake-Labs/sfquickstarts Github repository by reviewing and approving pull requests for all technical content. Maintain a high bar for code clarity, documentation accuracy, and Snowflake product alignment.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel programs such as developer events (BUILD, Dev Day), livestream series, and community initiatives that engage technical audiences

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Community, Demand Generation, Brand & Creative, and Product to align content with launches and feature releases

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in developer marketing, developer relations, developer education, or technical content management

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage programs that reach technical audiences (developers, data engineers, data scientists)

  • Strong program management skills -- you can juggle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining quality

  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis -- you can write queries, pull metrics from a data warehouse, and make data-informed decisions (experience with Snowflake is a plus, not required)Experience with GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and repository management at scale.
