Assistant Teacher Pay Range $20.84 - $23.00 per hour Company Overview Community Teamwork is a private non-profit organization located in Lowell MA. Position Summary The Assistant Teacher will work in collaboration with a Lead Teacher to support children's developmental needs and supports parents in their role as the child's first and primary teacher. This individual will ensure that the classroom is meeting the needs of each child by analyzing classroom assessments and individual child outcomes. This data will be used to implement intentional curriculum in a nurturing, warm, safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
