The Management Division at Columbia Business School welcomes applications for one or more non-tenure track positions at the lecturer or senior lecturer in discipline rank, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Candidates are expected to contribute to the School's mission through excellence in teaching, curriculum development, and service. Faculty in this role are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in degree programs, developing and updating course materials, and contributing to the intellectual and pedagogical life of the School. In addition, candidates are expected to engage in service activities that support the Division, the School, and the broader professional community, and to contribute to institution-building efforts as appropriate.

Applicants must have a PhD/DBA in management or related field and should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and to institution-building contributions that advance the mission of the School. Candidates should have a record of, or demonstrate strong potential for, effective teaching, curriculum development, and service.

- Lecturer in discipline candidates should have at least two years of teaching or other applicable experience.

- Senior lecturer in discipline candidates should have at least eight years of teaching or other applicable experience.
