Post-Doctoral Research Associate - Strategy, Ethics, and Entrepreneurship Area of the Darden School of Business

The research associate will work closely with faculty primarily on research projects focused on business in conflict zones. The successful candidates will have significant experience andexpertise with scholarship on responsible business and business in extreme environments. Theresearch associate will be expected to advance several research projects from conceptualizationthrough publication. A portion of time will be devoted to collaborating with faculty with anunderstanding that effort will also be directed at independent research

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

A PhD from management/business or a related discipline is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to manage andtrack research projects and collaborate with others. Strong written communication skills aredesirable. Knowledge of business and human rights is strongly desired.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
