Job Description
The BSA/AML Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and related regulations. This role involves monitoring, analyzing, researching, auditing, documenting, and timely reporting of activities and transactions that may be subject to regulatory requirements. The BSA/AML Operations Analyst utilizes automated systems and maintains records to ensure compliance, and reviews transaction reports for potential violations, including but not limited to currency transaction reports, and/or OFAC alerts produced real-time through electronic payment systems. This position also supports exemption processes and periodic reviews as required by regulatory guidelines. Team Culture

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through an Associates' degree and 1-2 years of financial institution experience. Experience in BSA/AML is preferred.
