Position Summary:



  • Works under the direct supervision of the Inpatient or Outpatient Manager and/or Rehab Therapy Services Team Leader and the guidance of the Team Coordinator and a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
  • Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Promotes improvement in service, department, and hospital systems to benefit patient care
  • Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the Hospital and Department at the site of care



Education:


High school diploma or GED



Work Experience:


Six months prior experience in a PT/OT clinical setting preferred.


Salary Range: Minimum $21.99/hour - Maximum $25.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
