JOB OVERVIEW The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in the hotel's success by serving as a link between the front office and the sales team. This position assists with reservations/rooming lists for groups and meetings, managing room blocks, and ensuring effective communication with the hotel team to meet the expectations of sales clients. REPORTS TO: Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are what we are about.
