Join the Team: Perfect Room Technician (PRT)

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals for our Perfect Room Team (PRT). This critical team ensures the highest standards of guest satisfaction by performing comprehensive preventative maintenance. Your mission is to identify and resolve mechanical or aesthetic issues before a guest ever checks in, ensuring every room is truly "perfect."

Key Responsibilities



  • Preventative Maintenance: Establish and execute a rigorous maintenance schedule for guest rooms, including painting, sheetrock repair, and general mechanical fixes.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Utilize HOTSOS to log issues, track timelines for repairs, and maintain accurate records of all completed work.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing maintenance supply levels and maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Collaborative Logistics: Coordinate repair efforts with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless room availability.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain process documentation to ensure all repairs meet resort-standard techniques and safety protocols.

Employment Standards



  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of facility maintenance tools; experience in painting and basic room repairs is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Systems: Proficiency in clerical tracking; experience with HOTSOS is a plus.
  • Requirements: * Must be 18+ years of age (21+ if operating a resort vehicle).


Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

OSHA Hazard Communication Standard certification is encouraged.

Physical & Mental Requirements



  • Ability to stand, walk, and ascend/descend stairs as a daily routine.
  • Strength and agility to lift/move up to 15 lbs and reach all areas of a guest room (from floor level to high cabinetry).
  • Full professional fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A commitment to safety, sanitation procedures, and a "Team First" mentality.
