Your Role Gensler's Northwest Region is looking for anExecutive Assistantto provide strategic high-touch anticipatory support to a global business executive who is an award-winning architect and community leader based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to leverage their existing exceptional communications skills and complex coordination chops to elevate the executive support function to meet the executive's and company's needs over time. You will build a rich and meaningful partnership with this executive, working in a fast-paced environment that will provide, for the right candidate, an opportunity for growth and rewarding relationships throughout the firm and community. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
