Curious by nature, you are comfortable stepping outside your technical comfort zone to ask the right questions, unblock teams, and keep programs moving forward with urgency and accountability.

  • Work closely with our North America Engineering and Operations counterparts (extensive interactions within the Product Engineering organization)
  • Interact with several other internal organizations (Design, Supply Chain, Business and Customer Engineering)
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship with other departments and global partners.
  • Collaborate on or assume responsibility for a specific project, or a definable portion of a larger project or process.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Semiconductor product development experience, ideally with CPUclass products
  • Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional engineering programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows tools for schedule, budget, and status tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across globally distributed teams
  • Experience presenting program status, risks, and tradeoffs to Directorlevel leadership
  • Handson debug experience in hardware, software, device, or manufacturing environments
