Job Summary The Low Voltage Project Manager serves as the primary leader for assigned project(s), ensuring all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed, and managed according to company standards. This includes safety, quality, operational performance, and financial goals. The position requires efficient oversight of staffing, materials management, financial management, customer care, and delivery objectives. Job Duties & Responsibilities * Recruit, hire, train, supervise, mentor, promote, discipline, and, when necessary, discharge projectrelated security systems personnel. * Manage human resource issues according to company policies; provide recommendations for performance ratings, promotions, and pay adjustments. * Oversee workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress. * Plan, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability aligned with company goals. * Review all job cost postings for accuracy, including invoice preparation, customer collections, and financial reporting to customers and management. * Manage all quality and safety requirements on customer work. * Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process. * Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives. * Create, develop, and implement account process improvements. * Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
