Position Description Key Responsibilities * Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. * Provide onsite technical support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. * Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests. * Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. * A+ Qualifications * Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with nontechnical users. * Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills. * Selfmotivated and able to work independently. * Familiarity with IT environments in large, fastpaced organizations is a plus. Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. * Previous experience in a healthcarerelated setting is preferred but not required. * A+ Working Conditions * Must be able to lift and move computer equipment as required.
