*Job Title: Customer Service Representative*
*Job Description* The role involves providing quality customer service and accurate information regarding depositor accounts, programs, policies, and processes. You will answer inquiries from various stakeholders, including customers, potential customers, financial institutions, business partners, and internal customers. The position requires processing telephone requests for account information and application processing, maintaining knowledge of comparable and competitor products, and responding to email and written inquiries. It also involves the maintenance of existing accounts, requiring research, analysis, verification, reconciliation, and appropriate account actions in accordance with established servicing guidelines. *Responsibilities* * Answer incoming calls and provide timely and accurate follow-up on account inquiries. * Report conditions affecting customer satisfaction and escalate exceptional service and complaints. * Provide accurate information on deposit products offered. * Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills and solid organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail. *Essential Skills* * Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * Banking experience or a customer service * Excellent knowledge of multiple business area processes and procedures. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment. * Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues. * Familiarity with Microsoft applications, with emphasis on Word and Excel. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Some banking experience or a customer service experience. *Why Work Here?* This position offers a dynamic work environment with a hybrid schedule after the initial training period, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
