Job Description
Oversees the development and implementation of key projects and programs, utilizing technical knowledge acrossthe RRD networkto deliver pragmatic and integrated solutions and services that meet the customer's initiatives, product launches, process improvements, and other strategies and objectives. Maintain contact with customers to facilitate a positive, long-term relationship. Provide tactical support to sales and management by sharing information regarding customer issues, needs and opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Project Management: execute work plans, evaluate ongoing progress, manage deadlines, coordinate internal and external project activities and collaborate with cross-functional team members in the delivery of projects.
- Coordinate the overall project design schedule through development, design production and final delivery.
- Resolve or escalate issues that may arise during the production of customer products. Document all assumptions, dependencies, tasks, and milestones.
- Work strategically with clients on project planning requirements.
- Provide accurate and communication to project team on all business, creative, legal and technical requirements of a project.
- Coordinate account management activities during and after the sale to enable the Global Account Executive to focus on selling activities. Respond to customer requests and inquiries regarding current and future work. May be the day-to-day liaison between the client and print production and distribution facilities.
- Prepare Data analytics and KPIs across accounts to identify cost savings opportunities and efficiencies. This includes providing reports to the Global Account Executive that support customer goals and internal conversation for continued investment.
- Assist in implementing and executing products and services. Consult with customers tounderstand business issues and goals, and works with customer to develop improved solutions to business needs. Prepare summary reports for the Sales team identifying customer needs and opportunities to secure new business.
- Develop and prepare sales product presentations for up-sell opportunities within managed accounts, and assist Sales with developing collateral for new businessopportunities.
- Assist sales with preparing RFPs and RFQs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, new products, specifications, competitorstrengths and weaknesses and communicate new information to sales.
- May be involved in specific customer projects as sales management assigns.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- This position is hybrid, requiring you to come into the Seattle sales office or meet customers in the Seattle area as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorsdegree in business or equivalent
- Requires a minimum of 5years of relevant work experience and a solid understanding in the areas of Print, Supply Chain Management, and data analytics. Preferably knowledge base working across the RRD enterprise.
- Requires a solid understanding of Print and Production, Supply ChainManagement and Logistics processes.
- Project management experience required.
- Ability to apply broad work experience and knowledge when analyzing complex problems.
- Must be able to consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed,to implement the most effective solutions. Must be able to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted.
- Requires excellent business acumen and collaborative skills.
- Proven experience and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-divisional and internationalteams.
- Must have experience working with Fortune 500 customers.
- Ability to work independently and a flex schedule to support the business and account requirements of customers and team members located in Europe and Asia.
- Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
- Both domestic and International Travel 25%
Additional Information
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. This role is salary plus incentive program eligible and the current RRD salary range is $50,000 to $150,000 per year.
