Job Summary

The Manager of Enterprise Accounting Compliance is responsible for reviewing financial results and preparing and submitting monthly bank servicer reporting for various of the Company's entities. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and debt covenant requirements, serving as a key liaison to internal portfolio and capital markets teams as well as external lenders and business partners.

Job Duties

  • Manage the preparation, analysis, and submission of monthly bank servicer reports for the Company's portfolio of SPVs.
    1. Partner with the capital markets team to develop a thorough understanding of each respective debt instrument's reporting requirements; execute them accurately, completely, and timely each month.
    2. Collaborate with other functions to develop projections of future cash receipts and proceeds that affect financial targets where applicable to each respective debt instrument.
    3. Make recommendations to senior leadership for disbursement and retention of cash for each entity on a monthly basis.
    4. Provide underlying support to and answer queries from the consumers of the bank servicer reports, including lenders, partners, and rating agencies.
  • Review monthly financial results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
    1. Collaborate with other accounting teams, FP&A, and operations teams to understand and validate financial performance drivers where needed.
  • Analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvements and drive initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor and knowledge share with junior accounting staff involved in related upstream processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects and analysis, including audit requests as needed.

Experience

  • Experience:
    1. 5-7 years minimum accounting experience.
    2. Experience in multi-entity environments preferred.
    3. Preparation of debt compliance reporting and/or experience reviewing, interpreting and understanding loan agreements, indentures and credit facilities to identify reporting obligations and risks.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    1. High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
    2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    3. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
    4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Education
    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
