Job Objective: As the Property Technician you will plan and perform work relating to upkeep and repair of buildings, mechanical and plumbing systems, and vehicles in assigned areas of the organization, while ensuring that the Mission of The Salvation Army is effectively carried out. Starting pay: $20 to $22 What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed. Findings may disqualify an individual for this position Experience: Has a basic knowledge and understanding of general maintenance including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and vehicle maintenance Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 30 days of employment.
