We are looking for a Market Project & Process Lead who is intellectually curious, self-driven, and adaptable to join our Global Supply Chain team based in our Atlanta, Georgia office in the United States. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and up to 10% domestic/international travel. About the role As a member of the US Market Supply Operations (MSO) leadership team, you will provide country-level leadership to US Market Supply Operations (MSO), US Supply Chain, ensuring the organization meets US patient demand through operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and robust governance frameworks. You will set the vision for how MSO operates, embedding audit readiness and stakeholder engagement into every process while driving transformation that accelerates delivery and strengthens adherence to standards. You are accountable for ensuring agility and resilience within a governance-led operating model, positioning the US market as a benchmark for performance, compliance, and innovation.

Who you'll work with You will collaborate internally across MSO Leadership, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Audit/Risk, IT and Digital Technology Teams, Business Continuity, Commercial, and Legal/Privacy. Externally, you will engage with 3PL and distribution partners, regulatory agencies, consultants, technology vendors, and broader industry networks supporting operational, digital, and compliance initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Drive operational excellence across US Market Supply Operations by governing processes, standards, and ways of working.
  • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and strong governance across all MSO activities.
  • Lead strategic projects that improve efficiency, reduce cost to serve, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • Lead digital enablement, including process automation, AI adoption, and enhanced reporting (Power BI, agentive tools).
  • Manage logistics and supply risks, maintain business continuity plans, and coordinate annual testing and validation.
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives that improve distribution readiness, including cold chain and network capacity expansion.
  • Serve as the central governance point for MSO processes, documentation, compliance checkpoints, and continuous improvement.
  • Run cross functional workshops and governance forums to align teams, resolve issues, and harmonize operations.
  • Act as a key connector between US MSO and global functions, ensuring alignment with global supply chain standards and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve speed and reliability.
  • Support U.S. product launches, supply readiness, distribution visibility, and overall market continuity.
  • Govern vendor performance through structured reviews and integrated performance management.
  • Coach teams, build capabilities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process governance, or transformation roles
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical, or similarly regulated industries)


Preferred Education, Qualifications, Skills

  • Proven experience working across market/local and global organizations, aligning local execution with global standards
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross functional, multi stakeholder initiatives without direct authority
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience leading or supporting US pharmaceutical supply chain operations
  • Strong systems and data fluency (e.g., SAP; reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Qlik; exposure to EDI / external data sources such as IQVIA)
  • Global supply chain experience in complex, matrixed environments

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $ 148,000-194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
