Embedded Firmware Engineer (Zephyr / BMC)

Top Must-Haves:
Zephyr RTOS experience with bare-metal bring-up
Strong knowledge of MCTP / PLDM
BMC firmware experience (OpenBMC or equivalent)
Proficiency in C (C++/Python a plus)
Experience with low-level protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe, UART, JTAG)
5+ years embedded firmware or device driver development
Comfortable in a Linux build environment

Key Responsibilities:
Develop low-level embedded firmware for next-gen interconnects (PCIe, CXL, USB4)
Support pre-silicon validation, post-silicon bring-up, and production
Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and firmware teams
Debug and resolve firmware issues through the full product lifecycle

Nice to Have:
OpenBMC, iDRAC, iLO experience
Security concepts (Root of Trust, secure boot)
ARM architecture and strong debug skills
