Location Mt Sterling, KY

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Previous leadership or team lead experience required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or production processes preferred
• Ability to stand for full shifts andlift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and promote a safe work environment
• Dependable with the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support a team of two galvanizing operators during daily operations
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize jobs to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Ensure all galvanizing processes meet company quality, safety, and production standards
• Monitor equipment performance, material flow, and bath conditions; report or escalate issues
• Perform routine quality checks and address defects or rework immediately
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards
• Communicate production status, downtime, and improvement opportunities to management
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area and support continuous improvement initiatives
