Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM OR 7 PM - 7 AM | 12-hour shifts

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience or completion of CNA class/training
• Ability to work with diverse adult populations and understand developmental stages
• Strong multitasking and independent decision-making skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, and move wheelchairs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work weekends and in hazardous weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living and active treatment services to adult patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Conduct therapeutic group sessions for assigned patients
• Complete discipline-specific admission and annual assessments
• Collaborate with the treatment team to determine and support treatment needs
• Develop individualized Positive Behavioral Support Plans (PBSPs) and provide ongoing support
• Monitor patient practices to ensure auditing and documentation standards are met
• Provide coverage on weekends, holidays, evenings, and during hazardous weather when assigned
• Attend staff meetings and participate in assigned committees
• Maintain required trainings and certifications, including CPR and MAPS/MANDT
• Maintain licensure requirements (if applicable)
• Move between patient units as needed to support operations
