Supply Chain Analyst LOCATION: REMOTE Annual Compensation: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 DOE The Supply Chain Analyst position is a remote role designed for individuals who demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess experience in purchasing and procurement. This professional will work closely with various teams to manage asset data, resolve discrepancies, and support both purchasing and inventory activities. The primary objective of this role is to enhance operational efficiency and maintain robust oversight within the supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Support the administrative requirements of the supply chain asset management program by collecting and processing asset allocation, movement, or disposal requests. Coordinate logistics and act as a liaison with on-site resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Product Formulary Maintenance: Develop and maintain a centralized, accurate product formulary list to improve reference efficiency for all departments.
- Inventory Data Compilation: Compile and maintain comprehensive asset inventory data to support lifecycle tracking and informed procurement decisions.
- National Inventory Process Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline national inventory efforts, contributing to overall process improvement.
- Budget Forecasting: Assist in the annual development of the Medical Device Capital Expenditure (CapEx) budget request, offering detailed and informed forecasting.
- Record Reconciliation: Conduct serial number verifications to reconcile physical assets with system records, thereby reducing the risk of overspending.
- Asset Pickup Log Maintenance: Maintain the medical device asset pickup log to ensure accurate tracking and accountability of anticipated funds.
- Billing Process Contribution: Participate in summary billing processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and ongoing financial oversight.
- Work Order Review: Support the review of work orders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with service agreements.
- Purchase Request Support: Provide responsive support for Basware purchase requests and AP/IA needs, ensuring continuity during periods of high volume.
Qualifications: Education & Industry Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supply chain operations, including areas such as supply chain analysis, invoice management, or procurement.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated experience with supply chain management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and relevant databases.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage with external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of core supply chain principles, including inventory control, procurement processes, and logistics management.
