Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour + A raise after 90 days ($18.91+/hr.)

Shift: (1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 12 AM)

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferably 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Lift (up to) 30 lbs. and stack safely.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift.
• Dependable. Focused. Team-first.

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Use hand tools, robots, and other equipment to assemble and fabricate products.
• Affix labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
• Maintains a workstation that is clean and free of hazardous materials.
• Addresses problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as needed.
• Cleans equipment.
• Observes and removes faulty product parts from the assembly line.
• Packs up completed products and prepares them for shipment.
• Keeps the factory floor clean.
• Unloads, organizes, and stocks shipments.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory.
• Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
• Reports issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor.
