Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5;00 PM

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of machine operator experience (preferably braider operator or similar)
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications or blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Daily Responsibilities

• Operate machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches
• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and templates
• Adjust machine settings for material type, size, and production requirements
• Position stops or guide materials to the specified length using scales, rules, or templates
• Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
