• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management. (3 years)
• Basic knowledge of HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production schedules, workflow optimization, quality control, and inventory management.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with production goals.
• Support HR-related functions, including onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor policies.
• Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking staff and management, facilitating communication and understanding of company policies and processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
