*Description*
Employee is responsible for handling calls from business clients of the bank to navigate their account pages, resolve issues relating to their "First Navigator" tool which is used for payment, checks + balances, and wiring money between accounts & ACH positive pay inquiries which is a tool used for online transfers between bank accounts and B2B payments. These calls could also be as simple as assisting a customer with resetting their passwords as well. Average call durations completely depend on the issue the customer is calling about but the average amount of calls per day ranges from 25-40 calls. The employee is constantly available for calls in a queue each day. If there is any downtime if call volumes are slow, then they will be in a queue but able to check their emails or just stay at their desk while waiting for more calls. #centralpriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Springdale, OH. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
