Job Description

The Performance and Business Intelligence Director will manage data analysis and business operations for RAS professional Services.

This is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of data analytics and operational procedures to meet business objectives - and will manage a small team.

This position will work closely with data engineers and end uses to manage the integrity of our data feeds, the establishment of sound data integrity practices, our data compliance, and the development and delivery of analytics and reporting to RSS members and our clients.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 10 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 5 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Payment industry experience preferred
  • Big data and advanced language experience preferred (AWS, Hadoop, Data Bricks, Python, Spark)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced Knowledge of data analysis tools and software
  • Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
  • Deriving insights and action items through analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
  • Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in managing a high performing team
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 207,500.00 to 332,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
