STV is seeking a Regional Development Director (RDD) to help shape the future of our Transportation South operating group. Reporting to the Operating Group President, this is a senior leadership role for a marketshaping growth leader who translates corporate strategy into disciplined, regional execution. Transportation South sits at the center of STV's growth ambitions. As Regional Development Director, you'll be a trusted advisor and challenger, driving intentional growth aligned with both regional and national initiatives. What You'll Do Lead Regional Growth & Portfolio Strategy You are the key management leader responsible for the strategic growth of Transportation South.
Orchestrate Marketing & Business Development You provide direct leadership and supervision to the regional marketing and business development teams.
Guide Client Service & Strategic Accounts You play a visible, senior role in shaping client strategy and experience.
Partnering, Teaming & Civic Engagement You strengthen STV's market position through intentional relationships and visibility.
Enterprise Alignment & M&A Awareness You operate with an enterprise mindset while maintaining strong regional focus.
