Position Title: Helper - Wash Bay
Wage: $17.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 4:30am-3:00pm Join a dynamic team in the automotive industry as a Helper, where you'll contribute to smooth warehouse operations and material handling. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while practicing safe and efficient work habits. This is a 1st shift position in Monroe, WI with the opportunity for hire. Helper - Wash Bay Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Peel protective plastic off incoming materials. - Operate crane to lift products (after training). - Use pallet jacks to move materials throughout production and warehouse areas. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Prepare work areas for new materials. - Hang parts in the powder coating area. - Assist delivery drivers with locating, picking, packing, and building kits for other departments. - Communicate effectively with team leads, parts coordinators, and purchasing staff regarding any issues. - Support team with various tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Helper - Wash Bay Requirements: - Ability to stand for entire shift, bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements. - Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally and between 10-20 lbs. frequently. - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and communicate effectively with co-workers. - Able to work in different climate conditions throughout shifts. monroe@qpsemployment.com About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
