Best Value Technology, Inc. The ideal candidate will provide support to our federal customer in the Intelligence Community utilizing their exemplary customer service, communication, organization and planning skills. As BVTI continues to evolve and expand, it is our hope to identify a candidate with a desire to further their professional development and grow with the company in the area of source selection or information technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet incoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner while obtaining the necessary information to verify security clearances and process the appropriate badges.
• Maintain an accurate access control roster.
• Maintain, manage, and process the ordering of office supplies as needed.
• Must possess excellent phone etiquette.
• Prepare, sort, and distribute both incoming and outgoing packages.
• Continually monitor the security of all exits and entrances through the facility's security system.
• Will be involved in various special projects and provide the administrative assistance needed to see the projects to completion.

Knowledge and Skills

• Desire to continue their professional development.
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
• Interest in pursuing future opportunities in the information technology or source selection space is a plus.

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree a plus.
