We are seeking a talented individual with deep UX design and design systems expertise to drive the evolution of our digital product experiences. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic design system development with hands-on product design for internal enterprise workflows, business-to-business tools, and critical partner-facing experiences. You will play a crucial role in defining the visual and interactive language that underpins our diverse platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and innovation.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the design and documentation of core UI components and patterns for digital experiences, including interactive elements, navigation, and content presentation.

* Develop comprehensive use case documentation, including guidelines on application, best practices, and anatomical diagrams.

* Author Human Interface Guidelines to empower third-party developers in building applications for our platforms.

* Document large-screen UI patterns, meticulously detailing focus states, remote navigation, and voice interaction models.

* Facilitate weekly governance office hours, providing expert guidance and support to design teams.

* Conduct thorough design system audits and offer strategic recommendations on component usage to maintain system integrity.

* Craft intuitive workflows for internal enterprise tools and complex service design challenges.

* Design compelling marketing and promotional experiences across our digital platforms.

* Develop user-friendly developer tools and insightful partner-facing dashboards.

**What You'll Bring - Required Qualifications:**

* **Design Systems Mastery:**

* 3-5 years of dedicated experience in design systems.

* Proven track record in designing and meticulously documenting component libraries.

* Deep understanding of design system principles, including tokens, components, patterns, and comprehensive documentation strategies.

* Extensive experience in writing detailed use case documentation and design guidelines.

* A strong portfolio showcasing your component design work and pattern documentation.

* **Exceptional UX/UI Design Skills:**

* Excellent visual and interaction design capabilities.

* Experience in designing complex workflows, multi-step processes, and sophisticated enterprise tools.

* Strong written communication skills for creating clear documentation, guidelines, and specifications.

* Proficiency in Figma, encompassing component design, prototyping, and design system management.

* **Collaboration & Communication:**

* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

* Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and third-party partners.

* Diplomatic consulting skills, providing guidance and influence with tact and professionalism.

* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

* **Education:**

* Bachelor's degree.

**Desired Qualifications - Nice to Have:**

* **Technical Acumen:**

* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design specifications (not strictly required).

* Familiarity with design tokens (e.g., JSON, CSS variables).

* Experience with design system tools like UXPin Merge, Zeroheight, or Storybook.

* Knowledge of WCAG AA accessibility standards.

* **Device-Specific Experience:**

* Experience with Smart TV or large-screen UI design.

* Proficiency in tablet or touch interface design.

* Understanding of remote navigation and D-pad interaction patterns.

* **Industry Insights:**

* Experience in third-party partner enablement or developer documentation.

* Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise tool design.

* Experience with component libraries utilized by 50 or more designers.

* Previous experience contributing to large-scale design systems.
