Job Description Summary Customer Contract AdministratorAre you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to: * Develop a career track * Leverage your current skills while developing new skills * Work with an incredible team of people Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Customer Contract Administrator. The Customer Contract Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Sunbelt Bid Facilitators and Contract Managers in supporting Sunbelt's sales force with pre-execution customer contract creation and post execution. Position Responsibilities: Customer contract request intake Preparation of standard Sunbelt customer contracts and related documents utilizing templates and standard operating procedures Requesting, creating and providing to Sunbelt customers post-execution contract deliverables such as Certificates of Insurance, and rebates Providing customer service assistance to Sunbelt's customers on contract related issues Assist in the development and implementation of team process and procedures Identify areas where efficiencies can be gained and propose solutions Prepare Sunbelt Partnership Agreements, Master Rental Agreements, and Rate Guides for Sunbelt customers at the request of Sunbelt Sales and Operations utilizing templates and SOP's Follow up on submitted documents for tracking purposes Facilitate Certificate of Insurance requests and approvals as needed Aid in the management of Sunbelt's rebate program Research Customer information utilizing Sunbelt resources as well as outside research to determine customer's size, Sunbelt spend, or potential spend Provide dedicated customer contract related service/support to certain customers such as Sunbelt's managed account customers Manage customer contract inbox and phone lines Assist with research projects and other projects as assigned by supervisor Prepare / send via facsimile, e-mail, US postal services / UPS / Federal Express Requirements: Education & Experience: Experienced in Microsoft Office (Particularly Word, Outlook, Access, and Excel) SharePoint experience preferred Related contract administration experience preferred Two Year College Degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred Knowledge of the Wynne Rentalman System a plus Knowledge of Novatus or similar contract management software preferred Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. Base Pay Range: $21.38 - 29.39 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
