Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (with state restrictions) Schedule: 2nd Shift (1PM CST-10PM CST), MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING WEEKENDS Equipment: Provided (must have reliable highspeed internet) Training: 2 Weeks, Mon-Fri (8-5PM CST) (1 week classroom training and 1 week of nesting period). You will need to do a speedtest at: www.speedtest.net from computer you will use for work. About the Role We are hiring a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service / Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers with scheduling pest and rodent inspections. This is a highvolume call center role ideal for someone who excels in fastpaced environments, enjoys problemsolving, and is confident guiding customers toward their next steps. Key Responsibilities * Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day with professionalism and accuracy. * Place outbound followup calls as needed to complete appointment scheduling. * Schedule pest and rodent inspection appointments (no quotes provided over the phone). * Meet performance goals, including lead conversion and appointment bookings. * Recommend products and services based on customer needs. * Clearly communicate product features, service expectations, and next steps. * Maintain accurate notes and customer information within internal systems. * Apply strong communication and conflictresolution skills to overcome objections. * Support customer retention by delivering a great experience on each call. Qualifications * 1+ year call center experience required (customer service; sales is a plus). * Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills. * Experience with upselling, retention, or objection handling preferred. * High attention to detail and comfort working in a structured, metricdriven environment. * Must be available for all training sessions - no missed time permitted during the first 3 weeks. Education * High school diploma or GED preferred.
