Trilogy Federalis looking for a SeniorRequirementsAnalyst with knowledge and experience in federalfinancial managementusing MomentumFinancialsto supporttheDepartment of Veterans Affairs.This role comeswith a focus on supportingexternal customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements,and tracing requirements frominitialidentification through testing andimplementation.
We are seeking candidates for full-time remote work, with the potential for very minimal domestic travel.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support external customerswithanalyzing current business processes, developing businessrequirements, documenting managementprocesses, creating and maintain customers roadmaps to support go live activitiesand requirements traceability and mapping.
  • Provide Federal Financials subject matterexpertiseusing Momentum Financials.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with customers tofacilitatestructured discussions, refine business processes, and decompose complex requirements into Epics, Features, and actionable User Stories in aSAFeAgile environment.
  • Requirements Consolidation: Conduct reviews of existing requirements, artifacts and repositories and working with external customers to make needed updates.
  • Gap Analysis & Traceability: MaprequirementstoCGI'sMomentumFinancialstodeterminewhich needs are met through configuration.Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and requirements from elicitationthrough testing and implementation.
  • StrategicRoadmapping:
  • Assist in developing the Implementation Plan and Roadmap,identifyingdependencies across system interfaces, data conversion, and federal reporting requirements.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactivelyidentifyand log program risks. Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and present recommendations toRequirements Lead in a format prepared for Executive Leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.
  • 8years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementationefforts(requirements analysis, process design, creation of business roadmaps, validation, testing,orimplementation planning).
  • Proficiencymanaging requirementsutilizingAgility or JIRA.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.
  • VA or Federalfinancial managementexperience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • An outstanding ability towork independently,establishpriorities,and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Occasionaltravel to Washington, DC or Austin, TX may berequired.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with CGI's Momentum Financials.
  • Proficiencymanaging requirementsutilizingAgility or JIRA.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFepreferred).

This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
