Our client, a powerhouse in employment technology and talent solutions, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping high-visibility executive programming and strategic third-party event partnerships. This is an opportunity to drive impactful sponsorships and large-scale brand experiences that directly influence business growth and market presence. Working closely with the Global Event Manager, this individual will immerse themselves in established processes and strategies, then quickly transition into owning and leading select events independently later in the year. It's a high-impact role designed for an experienced events professional ready to take the lead on complex, highly visible programs.

Team: Corporate Event Marketing team delivering high-impact brand experiences that drive business impact for internal and external global audiences.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead planning and execution of third-party sponsorships and priority corporate events (in-person, hybrid, and virtual).
  • Serve as the central project manager across all event workstreams, coordinating internal and external teams
  • Manage end-to-end event production: timelines, vendors, agencies, platforms, logistics, on-site execution, engagement strategy, contingency planning, and post-event reporting.
  • Support development of integrated event strategies aligned to business goals and target audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define event goals, scope, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Manage/maintain budgets (typically under $300K), including forecasting and tracking.
  • Analyze performance metrics and engagement data to optimize future programs.
  • Implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices across the events portfolio.
  • Manage approximately six major events annually, with peak activity in September/October.
  • Collaborate across U.S., UK, and Germany time zones (U.S.-based role; flexibility required for early/late meetings).


Event Examples (2026 Portfolio)

Lead planning and execution of major third-party industry conferences throughout the year, including large-scale trade shows and HR technology expos. Responsibilities include managing booth activations, speaking sessions, hosted luncheons and evening events, and overseeing full setup and breakdown logistics. Events can reach audiences of up to 30,000 attendees and require end-to-end coordination to ensure strong brand presence and audience engagement.

Requirements:



  • 8-10 years of experiential marketing or large-scale event management experience within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong tradeshow and large booth activation expertise, including strategies to drive booth traffic and engagement.
  • Experience producing conferences, hosted programs, and executive-level events.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable working on Mac systems.
  • Relevant certifications (CMP, CSEP, CMM, DES, PMP) are a plus.


Travel: Travel: ~20% (approximately one week per month during peak periods; up to eight weeks annually). International travel possible.
