Minimum of two years of indirect lending, sales, auto finance, vendor management, or other client-facing roles. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. 2. This is a remote position. Associates must have a dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Residence in the northern Wisconsin market is preferred. 3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. 5. Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects in a high-volume, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical skill for performance reporting and trend analysis. 7. Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. 8. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
