What you'll do:

We are seeking a Product Manager to spearhead innovation for Association Banking's flagship ConnectLive API suite, an industry-leading integration platform. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and expansion of a suite of APIs that powers the banking experiences of management companies and HOA clients and integrate with every industry leading ERP software partner. You will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver new features, ensure platform security and reliability, and drive rapid growth of our API ecosystem. You will also execute the Bank's Product strategy and roadmap in conjunction with business partners as well as provide hands-on, product-level leadership needed to realize concepts and potential key innovations into tangible, profitable products that are aligned with the Bank's objectives. As a Product Manager you will also complete market research to monitor trends, develop reports for key stakeholders and recommend product suite and pricing strategy, in order to deliver a healthy profit margin and revenue growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end ConnectLive API suite, including new feature development, third-party partner integrations, and ongoing platform maintenance/security. Ensure the API platform remains robust, secure, and ahead of industry needs.
  • Build and nurture an ecosystem of integrations with software partners in the HOA banking industry, driving partner success and customer adoption. Ongoing development of go-to-market plans to accelerate growth in API usage and expand partnerships with new ERP software entrants.
  • Foster strong, healthy working relationships with senior leaders in partner departments (including IT, Operations, Client Success, Risk Management/Compliance, Legal and other internal support departments, and third-party services), and facilitates team's contribution to technical processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Partner across the Product Management team to execute the Bank's strategic plan, to lead efforts to develop and operate profitable banking products. Meet all product development objectives, manage product health, and respond to market dynamics.
  • Support the Product lifecycle process and execute work within the department's standards on deliverables for business case development, business requirement gathering, product design, implementation, and maintenance. Assists with the research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products, and modification and enhancements to existing products.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness.
  • Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.
