| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
Transportation Services Analyst: ($63,860 - $79,830)
- A working knowledge of business principals and theory normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree in business, accounting, engineering or related field; and
- Three years of experience in a customer service-orientated role.
Transportation Services Analyst, Sr: ($73,460 - $91,830)
- A working knowledge of business principles and theory normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree in business, accounting, engineering or related field; and
- Five years of experience in a customer service-oriented role; and
- A high level of understanding of natural gas transmission systems, including receipt and delivery points and interconnects with other pipelines.

| OTHER REQUIREMENTS |
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- Must be available to work after-hours on a rotating basis, which requires 7 days/week coverage.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Develops and maintains superior customer relations with both internal and external customers.
- Analyzes and verifies service requests, prepares contracts from origination to final execution and advises the proper intracompany departments of any operational or regulatory issues regarding agreements.
- Updates the Gas Management System to ensure accurate and timely nominations and invoicing.
- Monitors available capacity and schedules, to the maximum extent practical, receipts and delivery volumes to maximize system throughput.
- Coordinates and communicates with shippers, producers, end users, and Company personnel the scheduling, confirmation and transportation of daily nominations to ensure adherence with contract terms.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
