Experienced Airport Project Manager

As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Project Manager to join our Aviation Midwest group. This exciting opportunity is available at our Rapid City, SD office.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the project manager for aviation engineering project
• Preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits
• Leading proactive client interactions and communications with regards to FAA programming, and state and government agencies
• Performing QA/QC tasks
• Serving as the onsite project representative on construction projects
• Other tasks as assigned.

A valid driver's license, the ability to pass background check to gain access to airport sites, and frequent travel will be required.

The successful candidate must have one of the following:

• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, management, or related field from an accredited college or university
• At least 7 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at the project management level

OR

• If no degree, must have at least 11 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years must be at the project management level.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Experience leading aviation design and construction projects
• Experience serving as the project manager on aviation projects
• PMP certification
• Experience mentoring and leading project teams
• Construction management experience
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
