As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support site operations through clear communication, incident reporting, and professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points for employees, contractors, and drivers, verifying authorization, directing traffic flow in yard areas, and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete security-related reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and key control and/or badge records, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
