The Controllership Operations organization serves as the bedrock for operational excellence and technology innovation across the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) organization. Our mission is to drive efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence while relentlessly pursuing opportunities for automation, AI, and process improvement in support of the broader CAO organization's strategic vision. As part of the Controllership Operations team the Director, Strategic Initiative Execution will be reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Management & Process Transformation. This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of large-scale strategic initiatives to deliver business value across the CAO organization which includes: External Reporting, Technical Accounting, Expense Operations (Equity, Payroll, Expense / Accounts Payable, Travel), SOX 360, and Controllership. The ideal candidate (1) possess strong project management skills demonstrated through the management of complex/transformational initiatives, (2) excels at process development and implementation, (3) communicates very effectively, (4) executes through influence, and (5) collaborates well with peers and leadership. This is an office-flexible role for Indianapolis, IN or Atlanta, GA. The candidate selected for this role is required to be in-office 3 days/week. Key Responsibilities:
